So changing to Japanese locale doesn't change anything. I have DirectX 12 installed, so that's not the problem (unless it's not reverse compatible, I don't actually know but other DX9 programs work just fine). I can kinda run it under Windows 8 compatibility mode through windows troubleshooter but doing so brings up a new error message in that glitchy ascii text, though it has the words "data" and "default". Presumably this is the error, but I don't have any "default" folder or anything.

EDIT: Ok I got it working, I just got mixed up between downloading the Japanese language pack and actually setting the PC's locale to Japanese.

Change the filepath so it doesn't contain japanese kanji

I thought Acid Style had croaked or given up considering how long it been since a release.
As far I'm concerned I've beaten it on the hardest difficulty, by far the ninja girl is the worst to play as and was quite a hell with the Boss only managed just barely since the Boss and I killed each other but luckily it counted as victory.

Like the previous title there's a Free roam gallery mode where you can let any ally be fucked as you desire
or you can use the gallery to only preview the bare minimum only thing I'm not sure requires unlocking is the second option above the free gallery.

You're only allowed to put 15 animation at any given time but make sure to remove them or remember where you put them because it doesn't reset on it's own by leaving the area.

Unless the boss can one hit kill you, ninja girl can restore full HP by dodge attack, if you low on hp just keep clicking D until your HP back to full

I found out what this option does: it removes all the animations you place down, so you don't have to go through them all to get rid of them.

What do you mean? The translation request thread was made in 2021 and has Acid Style written as the dev in the OP:

Acid Style modified their stuff in some interesting ways, which looks like it might make it easier for translating. Thanks so much for your work on the translation of the previous game, it was an absolute joy to play through. Whether or not you decide to translate this one in full, thanks for the info so far :BootyTime:

Good news, that came with the release! I checked the sprites were there in the game files, and I also confirmed with Acid Style directly:

I can confirm clothed and nude alts exist for the H scenes, too.

also, before i try the 1.0.1 ver, here's what i found about the game with cheat engine (no cheat tables, sorry i suck at pointers):
your hp value is 500120 for the samurai, and less for others. slightly below that address is the max hp. at my later replays, i set that to like 500050 and then to 500040 and at the last value you pretty much start naked.

i was poking around with lua scripting to always have lower hp

but yeah, then i found the maxhp value address.
and the 0 value lower are the "revives"
nothing much special about it, besides the fact, that at some point in the later half of the gave the relevant address changed to something like 41xxxxxx, so keep that in mind

will update if the strategy stays of changes for the 1.0.1
ed.1 yep, works as a charm (???'s because i closed the game)
nude happens on level entry if maxhp is <=500050.

Probably a false positive, as always. Google is the LEAST trustworthy about this. It's straight from dlsite.

Even in japanese local it's only giving me ????????????????

EDIT: Managed to get it myself somehow. Not like it helps much, I managed to improve my keybinds through trial and error. At least with this you can google lense it as well. I don't recommend copying my keybinds but anything's better than having the parry on the Start button lol

but you can only remap your keyboard, no?
like everything is mapped to keyboard by default here, yet you can also move using gamepad, but HOW do you change gamepad controls?
