Ghost Recon:future soldier finally announced

Ubisoft announced another game in the Ghost Recon series. Before anyone bashes it for its name and labels it a Call of Duty Modern ripoff, Ghost Recon series is a 3rd person shooter not 1st and Ghost Recon: advanced warfighter was out way before COD modern 1 around the beggining of 360's life cycle.

The two Ghost Recon games on 360 and ps3 were great. The multiplayer was great cause its a change from playing everything in 1st person but sucked bad in a way cause an hour could go bye and you only get 2 matches in. Hardly anyone played it and the lobby selection was shit. However, there was alot less ps3 and 360 consoles out at the time.

Ghost Recon has been around since 2001. Anyone who thinks this is a rip off of Call of Duty [which came out in 2003] or hates on it because of clearly being a name brand gamer, you know, those who only plays what is popular and mainstream per year [ala Madden, Halo, Call of Duty] I feel sorry for in regards of their alley wide mind.

The game you are speaking of lachemo is Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. I will be keeping an eye on this. I enjoyed Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, a definite I will be keeping up with this one.

Here is a link talking about some big announcement coming up about it within a week or so. Frankly, I will wait for E3 and see if anything is mentioned about it in better details and hopefully preview video. Along with my Game Informer.

wow nice i will absolutley get that game. i remember playing the first ghost recon, realy grate game of it's time.

Whimsy my friend, I know you will like this, check it......an invitation to the multiplayer beta for Ghost recon: future soldier will be packed with Splinter cell conviction. The beta will be live some time in the summer is what they said.

Splinter Cell is pretty much my favorite series of all time, Ghost Recon is up there too. This is looking like a great gaming year.

whats up with the quick glance of the soldiers wearing those cloak looking things over their head and shoulder area??? Interesting, had like a killzone2 look to it but not so sci-fi...

The cloak, blanket, you see is actually if I remember right in the works. There is work on an invisible blanket because what it is is some kind of eye illusion and wave length manipulation.

So as Tom Clancy plots go, it is taking away from the real world and what is being worked on now, the games are set in the future so it is slightly in a legitimate light to have a lot of these futuristic tools used in the games, as they always been in past Tom Clancy titles. It's pretty awesome and that is what I like about these games.

So what you see in the video is in the works right now and will be revealed one day; if it might not already being used in controlled environments, because obviously this kind of thing, a war tool, will not be shown in public light right away and used.

Since we're talking about Tom Clancey games...Personally I'd like to see another rainbow six game. Vegas 2 was a fuck load of fun. So much so that I played it through 3 times. The third was just purely for fun, not achievements as I couldn't get any more anyway.

yeah, Rainbow six vegas was the multiplayer game of choice until Call of duty came and fucked everything up. lol

In the end this has made me play through Ghost Recon: Advance Warfare all over again.
